An Asian twist on the broth for your Passover matzo ball soup.
After you cut up your veggies, tear open 1 Thai Lemongrass broth bag and add to every 16 ounces of liquid. Make your matzo balls and then add them to the broth with any other ptoteins. Cook balls until you are satisfied with the density. Add salt and pepper to taste.
