Spicy Garlic Matbucha

GarLic it! Spicy Garlic Matbucha is made of fire roasted red peppers, seasoned tomatoes, spicy jalapeno peppers and our unique triple blanched garlic. Matbucha originates from Arabic and means "cooked". It is a staple in  traditional Maghrebi, Moroccan, and Israeli cooking. It is served as an appetizer like a bruschetta and often as part of a vegetable meze table.
